Community & Connection

Heart Stone extends beyond the therapy room and yoga mat into the places where we gather, learn, and connect.

Through community offerings, professional education, and collaborative work, I’m interested in creating opportunities to explore the relationship between our lived experiences, our bodies, and our connections with one another.

There are many ways to come together, and I’m always interested in exploring what might be possible.

Building Possibility Together

How we invite people to move, notice, and engage with their experiences matters. Whether in a therapy room, a yoga class, or a community setting, the ways we offer choice, respond to individual needs, and make space for autonomy can shape how people experience the work.

Drawing on my background in clinical social work, somatic and relational approaches, and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), I offer consultation and professional learning for clinicians, yoga teachers, facilitators, and studios interested in bringing a more trauma-informed lens to their practice.

Together, we can explore how choice, agency, attunement, and accessibility inform the ways we teach, facilitate, and connect with others

Supervision & Consultation

For mental health clinicians seeking space for professional reflection and development.

Consultation draws on my clinical experience and somatic, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives. Areas of focus include trauma, addiction and recovery, attachment, emotional regulation, and integrating embodiment into clinical practice.

Community Connection & Collaboration

I value opportunities to build relationships and develop collaborative work with clinicians, healthcare providers, yoga teachers, and community organizations. Whether through professional learning, community programming, fundraising efforts, or shared projects, I’m interested in exploring how we can bring trauma-informed perspectives, embodiment, and meaningful connection into the spaces where people live, work, and gather.

Training & Professional Education

I welcome opportunities to collaborate with healthcare providers, mental health professionals, community-based organizations, and local groups to create spaces and experiences that foster connection, support well-being, and strengthen community.

These collaborations may take shape through community programs, educational offerings, fundraising efforts, or projects developed around the needs of a particular setting or group. I welcome opportunities to listen, exchange ideas, and explore what we might create together.

For yoga teachers, studios, facilitators, and healing arts practitioners.

Through workshops, teacher-training modules, and consultation, we explore trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive approaches to teaching and facilitation. Topics may include choice, agency, attunement, accessibility, language, and awareness of lived experience.
