A little about me
I'm Jo-Ann Venezia Phillips a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher, and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
My work is grounded in the belief that connection, mindful awareness, and opportunities to develop greater choice and self-understanding can support healing and well-being.
Heart Stone brings together the different parts of my work and my commitment to creating collaborative, inclusive spaces for reflection, learning, and connection.
Stay Connected
Stay connected with Heart Stone
I've been thinking about the many ways people have come into my orbit over the past few years through counseling, yoga, TCTSY, community events, workshops, fundraisers, and collaborations.
I wanted a way to stay connected that feels a little more personal than social media.
I'm sharing a seasonal newsletter with upcoming opportunities to practice, learn, connect, and be part of the community that continues to build, along with resources, reflections, and things I'm learning along the way.
